Welcome

I am proud of my family. I love Jesus. I am not perfect. I like junk food, particularly potato chips. I work out with my sexy rock star husband. I hate it. I do it for the company. My children make my heart beat. I was once a full time photographer. I retired to loose my sanity by becoming a stay-at-home Mom. I recently came out of retirement to avoid the looney-bin. Please enjoy the funny stories of my family, the hilarity of me trying to work out & find my skinny and the every-now-and-then crafts that I begin but rarely finish.

Swimming Party for Alexander

Our kids are spring babies.
This means we don’t get many opportunities to have swimming birthday parties.
Until now.
Don't get me wrong, it was still in the high 80's but for those die hard swimmers, the pool was all fun & games!! Some got it for a while, played & then get out & warmed up in the sun. Their little teeth were just a chattering.

Thanks to global warming, el Nino, la Nina, whatever, it actually was warmer this April than it has been in a looonnggg time.
{Thanks Al Gore. I’ll give you credit for my boy’s 6 year birthday party.}
MeMe made a Power Rangers cake upon request but the gift of the day was Transformers.

We can swim!!!

Alexander’s list was a mile long. We had family, we had friends, we had classmates.

Who knew when we’d have another swimming party opportunity?

Even though to most it was too cold to get near the water, we all had fun. It was a fabulously gorgeous day & my boy was so pumped to have so many people come hang out for his big day.
