Welcome

I am proud of my family. I love Jesus. I am not perfect. I like junk food, particularly potato chips. I work out with my sexy rock star husband. I hate it. I do it for the company. My children make my heart beat. I was once a full time photographer. I retired to loose my sanity by becoming a stay-at-home Mom. I recently came out of retirement to avoid the looney-bin. Please enjoy the funny stories of my family, the hilarity of me trying to work out & find my skinny and the every-now-and-then crafts that I begin but rarely finish.

Not Tootin' My Own Horn or Anything...

...But I'm pretty impressed by the list of things I accomplished yesterday since I woke up at the crack of dawn:

Fixed breakfast (does heating up day old cinnamon rolls count?)

Washed, folded & put away 3 loads of laundry.

Stripped and washed the girls bedding, Bee-Bee & Blue. {Izzy keeps waking up with bites on her arms so I thought it would help - later on today, I killed a spider on their bedroom floor! I hope it wasn't that tasting her sweet meat!}

Sewed 10 burp cloths.

Stitched 3 bibs.

Cooked Supper including smothered chicken, rice/gravy, green beans & smothered potatoes (I know, 2 starches....)

I even managed to watch the last 30 minutes of a TV show that WAS NOT a cartoon! This is a miracle in itself considering our living room TV is broken and Alexander has commandeered ours in the bedroom. Seriously! How many times can you watch the same Tom & Jerry cartoons over and over again!?!?! Don't even get me started on the Transformers cartoon DVD that his Daddy bought him {with out my input}. It's funny to watch b/c it's from our childhood and the animation is so primitive. They've come so far to what our kids know now.
