Welcome

I am proud of my family. I love Jesus. I am not perfect. I like junk food, particularly potato chips. I work out with my sexy rock star husband. I hate it. I do it for the company. My children make my heart beat. I was once a full time photographer. I retired to loose my sanity by becoming a stay-at-home Mom. I recently came out of retirement to avoid the looney-bin. Please enjoy the funny stories of my family, the hilarity of me trying to work out & find my skinny and the every-now-and-then crafts that I begin but rarely finish.

New Arrival

Well, after much anticipation, elation and downright giggly glee, Josh & Ann finally got a girl! Not just any old girl, a whopping 8 pound, 1 ounce 20 ½ inch, beautiful olive skinned, brown fuzzy haired baby girl we have known since week 20 as Mary Elizabeth!!

My Sista, Sista-In-Law, Ann, is one of the girliest girls I know. I truly believe she was destined to be a mother to at least one girl. She’s a ballerina loving, pink wearing, ever-styling mother of 3 “manly men” boys and is truly a testament that good things come to those who wait. Not just Momma & Daddy waiting; Namely those 3 Manly Men in the form of Big Brothers. They were chomping at the bit waiting for Mary E to be born. And how proud do they look, I ask you!?! I couldn't wait to see them with their baby sister. They have been so gentle and sweet to the Pattys, I knew it would be even sweeter with their own. I couldn't have been more right.
Oh, who am I kidding? We all couldn't wait to see her! Ever since we found out Josh & Ann were having a girl, I have been dying to know who she looks like, the Kleinpeters or the Stellys. It all goes back to when Caleb Scott was born, then Landry, then Alexander, then Andrew, then the Fatty Pattys AND NOW MARY ELIZABETH…You see, it’s all double-DNA {not sure if that’s a scientific term, so don’t quote me}. Brother & sister married brother & sister. Don’t get nauseated, it’s nothing funny going on ~ Josh & Ann are married, Chris & I are married, Chris is Ann’s brother & Josh is my brother. {Although, the way they mercilessly tease us, you’d think we’d married our brothers. Um…gross}.
Anyhooooo, we’re always wondering if our kids look more like Josh & Ann & they’re always wondering if our kids look more like them. Thanks to that interconnecting gene thing, they’ve all got traits tied to us all. And if I do say so myself, they’re some fine lookin’ kids!

Congratulations on the new arrival. She is so precious! I think she looks more like the Kleinpeter side.
