Welcome

I am proud of my family. I love Jesus. I am not perfect. I like junk food, particularly potato chips. I work out with my sexy rock star husband. I hate it. I do it for the company. My children make my heart beat. I was once a full time photographer. I retired to loose my sanity by becoming a stay-at-home Mom. I recently came out of retirement to avoid the looney-bin. Please enjoy the funny stories of my family, the hilarity of me trying to work out & find my skinny and the every-now-and-then crafts that I begin but rarely finish.

Phoenix...

So there are soooo many photos (thanks to my Dad, the Paparazzi) from our trip to Phoenix last month. I'll just highlight the trip with a hand full of shots and then move on to the following weekend which was Birthday/Easter....

We started started off the trip at the airport. This was the 1st time for our 3 to fly. So we went out a few days before and bought an obscene amount of "new" toys for the kids to play with to keep them occupied. Alexander came upon the bag of "new" toys 3 days before we left, so let's just say I would have rather had a back molar pulled than here him whine about wanting to play with afore-mentioned "new" toys.

Of course, we had to feed the Patties....

Made it to Phoenix safe & sound {Thank You, Lord!} and set about having a good 'ole time with Court, Grant and crew!! Parks, Parks EVERYWHERE there....We had our pick of several to go to. We settled on one that actually had a mini train track running through it.

First we started with a little picnic...

There was a kid sized fort with a replica stage coach and the boys had a blast playing.

Big Cousins, Noah & Joshua. The Patties enjoyed watching from the stroller with their Diva-Aunt Carla. Yes folks, that sure is a Community Coffee cups she's holdin' there!! It even makes it that far out West..

We put all of the boys in jail (sorry, Grant, you're a boy, too!!) and Joshie was the only one to get that one phone call;-)

We rode the carousel...There were no more horses left, so Joshie so sweetly shared his with Alexander......

Riding the Train

Onto the wedding....

How beautiful is this couple I ask you?!?!?!?

Um, technically this isn't the couple that got married this weekend. There's was last year and we weren't able to make it b/c the girls were too little. But OMG (yes, I just used a shortcut) they are so pretty!

This is the gorgeous couple!! I swear, good genes are just a runnin' all through this family!

From a photographers standpoint, they had a beautiful first dance! None of that waving to your guests or singing the song. Nope, just him & her into each other. Soooo romantic....

All in all, our trip was wonderful. Beautiful weather, great visiting, good food. And, thanks to my good friend, Bendadryl, the flights went off with out incident!!
